3. Buying Tickets

When purchasing tickets:

• You agree to pay the price listed plus any additional service or delivery fees.
• All ticket purchases are final once confirmed. Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are generally not allowed unless specified under our Refund Policy.
• OffsideSeats verifies tickets from sellers but does not guarantee the quality or specific seating locations beyond what is described in the listing.

4. Selling Tickets

If you list tickets for sale on OffsideSeats:

• You must have the legal right to sell the tickets you list.
• You agree to accurately describe the tickets, including seat location, event details, and price.
• Sellers are required to provide tickets to buyers in the manner agreed upon (either electronically or by mail).
• Payment will be released to the seller only after the buyer has successfully received and verified the tickets.

5. Payment Terms

All payments made through OffsideSeats are processed securely. Buyers’ funds are held in escrow until the ticket delivery is confirmed. Sellers receive payments after successful delivery and verification by the buyer.

Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to our Support Team, and we will mediate where possible.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent tickets.
• Manipulating prices or interfering with another user’s listings.
• Misusing the platform for illegal activities or purposes other than buying or selling legitimate tickets.
• Violating any laws or regulations related to ticket sales.

OffsideSeats reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these conditions.

7. Ticket Authenticity and Availability

While OffsideSeats strives to verify ticket authenticity, we cannot guarantee that every ticket will be accepted by event organizers. If a ticket is rejected at an event, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue or provide compensation, subject to our Refund Policy.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

In the event of a cancellation:

• If the event is canceled by the organizer, buyers are entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
• If a ticket is invalid or does not provide access to the event, buyers may be eligible for a refund, subject to investigation.
